Agra is located in State of Uttar Pradesh at the banks of Yamuna River. Agra is often visited by the tourists due to its historical and archaeological importance. Railways in Agra: There are primarily three railway stations in the Agra city viz; Agra Cantonment Railway Station, Agra Fort Railway Station and Agra City Railway Station. The other stations consist of Raja Ki Mandi Railway Station, Etmadpur Railway Station, Yamuna Bridge Railway Station, Keetham Railway Track, Billochpura Railway Station, Fatehpur Sikri Railway Station and Idgah Railway Station. Some of the trains that conduct services through Agra include Gondwana Express, Bhopal Shatabdi, Garib Rath, Tamil Nadu Express, Allahabad Mathura Express, Malwa Express, Kerala Express, Shreedham Express etc. These trains link Agra with other cities in India. Local transport: There are bus services, cycle rickshaws and auto rickshaws to travel within and outside Agra. There are also tempos that travel on specified routes only. It takes nearly six travellers and is economical compared with other services. Outside the local limits of Taj Mahal, Tonga is permitted.
